Mayonna users various packaging techniques. Besides the well-known MAP packaging, Mayonna has now introduced the new 'Skin Wrap'. In skin wrapping, the foil is sealed around the product.

Mayonna directs its efforts at supplying and filling the entire fish shelf in supermarkets, which we refer to as “premium fish concepts”. In other words, we provide not only the actual products but also services such as know-how, support and (product) development in partnership.
